Allday & Miller Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

Referrals must meet the following conditions to qualify for a reward:

• The referral scheme applies to Sales or Lettings services only.

• To qualify, referrals must be submitted via the official Allday & Miller referral form (on this page or available in-branch).

• By submitting your friend’s details, you confirm that they are aware of the referral and have given consent to be contacted by Allday & Miller.

• The referred person must be a new customer to Allday & Miller (Uxbridge or Hayes branches). Existing customers or those who have used our services within the last 12 months are not eligible.

• Any referrals made retrospectively (after a contract or agreement has been signed with Allday & Miller) will not be eligible for a reward.

• You cannot refer yourself, someone within the same household, or an existing customer seeking to extend or renew their contract with Allday & Miller.

When Will You Receive Your Reward?

A £100 Amazon Gift Voucher will be issued to both the referrer and the referee once one of the following conditions is met:

• Sales Referral: The referred person completes the sale of their property through Allday & Miller.

• Lettings Referral: The referred person:

  • Instructs Allday & Miller to market their property for let and a tenancy is executed (tenants move in).

  • Signs a property management contract with Allday & Miller for a minimum of 6-months.

Processing Time & Additional Terms

• Allday & Miller aims to process rewards within 10 weeks of meeting the qualifying conditions, but this may take longer due to external factors.

• Rewards are issued as Amazon Gift Vouchers, subject to Amazon’s general gift card terms.

• Allday & Miller reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
